Instagram, Shopee and TikTok Shop are on the roadmap and not available yet. ### Do I need to write code? No. You set up the agent by answering questions in the agent builder and adding your documents. Code is only needed if you want to connect your own system through an HTTP tool. ### Can a person take over a chat? Yes. The agent hands a conversation to your staff when a customer asks for a person or matches a rule you set, and you reply from the Ecbot dashboard.
